“Apartment is very nice. The antique details, stained glass, furniture, terrace off the kitchen are all beautiful however, the tenant from below the apartment, came pounding on our door at night. He claimed that the shower was leaking into his apartment and said we could not run the water. Toilets did not flush and there was no hot water.
