“This is a large, well appointed house right next to the April Sound club house on Lake Conroe. There was plenty of room for our family group of 10 folks. The house was clean and communication with the owner was efficient.”

“This house was once a beauty, but is need of serious repair. There is evidence of mold in the garage. We never did get the golf cart to work and never got a response from the property manager about why the cart didn't work. The interior was very nice and accomidated my family. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories, and dishware and pot and pans. The boat dock was pretty dirty, but we used it for successful fishing. All in all, a pleasant 4 days.”

The host provided all the information needed before the stay, so we were prepared. All the basic necessities were provided in the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We brought our own groceries for the weekend. The host was very responsive to texts during our stay with last minute...
