Amerai questa oasi! Entra in una gated community con sicurezza 24 ore su 24 per la tranquillità. Uscire in casa o scendere al lago in pochi secondi. Puoi sederti vicino all'acqua, pescare o saltare!

Nella casa troverai enormi finestre che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale. Open concept al piano superiore consente una comunicazione divertente e facile. TV grande soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale, alexa, cavo di base, Netflix, Hulu e molto altro su Apple TV.

In cucina il doppio forno è ideale per cucinare più piatti contemporaneamente e nel cortile c'è una griglia a gas. Patio ha anche luci e ventilatori per un luogo di ritrovo molto rilassante.

Ci sono tre bagni COMPLETI. Uno nel maestro, un altro di sotto e uno di sopra. Non c'è bisogno di combattere c'è molta acqua calda!

Dormi sui migliori materassi super comodi con lenzuola pulite lavate prima di ogni soggiorno.

Nel cortile puoi giocare a buche di mais o arrostire alcuni marshmallows per smores sul pozzo del fuoco.

Ho 2 videocamere di sicurezza, una cattura la porta principale e l'altra si trova nel soggiorno. Queste telecamere sono solo a scopo di sicurezza, il che significa che rivedo le notifiche solo se nessuno dovrebbe essere in casa. Il resto del tempo ce l'ho in modalità home (privato). Host was wonderful and accommodated our last minute request to check in a day earlier. We loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed the deck and view of lake Conroe. Very peaceful and secure community. Highly recommend! We will be back

Very comfortable townhome/condo. All the beds are downstairs, and there is a great open area upstairs. The mattresses were so comfortable; all five of us slept great. It is in a gated community. We did have a hang-up with security; we had to show proof of our rental agreement the second night. But that is not the owners' fault.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway, offering the perfect space to disconnect from the daily routine. The property was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was always prompt and attentive.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would certainly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Friendly host. It was nice being so close to the lake. Keyless entry made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were as listed. Nice and cozy as the weather was damp and chilly during our visit. The small fenced yard was an added plus for our two pups. The Master Bed is very comfortable. We didn't use the other rooms or beds but there is plenty of sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms for larger groups.

My family spent Christmas at the Escape by the Lake! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. House is well kept, host was quick to reply with any questions! I loved that I was able to bring my puppy! Will definitely rent again when we come visit our Conroe family.

Property was clean with all accessories needed. It was in a secure location and the lake scenery was amazing. The people on the property were friendly and gave us useful information. Love the time spent in the inviting home and property.

Evette’s townhouse is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from the upstairs covered patio. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to every question and resolved any issue immediately. Our stay was great. We have stayed in Eladen for the last 15 years during our annual trips and this was our first stay in April Sound. Beautiful with all the Christmas lights up, views of the lake and a secure place to stay. Overall I can’t recommend this location enough.

The photos don’t do this rental justice! It is so cute and in a great area! You can see the lake from the big balcony. Beds super comfy and bathrooms very spacious! Highly recommend!

It was in a gated community and we had issues with the attendant not letting us back in at 11pm after we had already checked in earlier. Bedrooms were downstairs and living areas upstairs which made it difficult for our older guests.

You’re literally a block walk away from watching a beautiful sunset over the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house was super clean. You do need to know that there’s no coffee or soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms so you’ll need to bring your own.

Mold was growing in the vents, there was a weird smell, no coffee, no soap or shampoo (the things you would think should be there), The items inside the pantry had duat all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. The one positive was the mattresses were amazing.

Our stay was perfect! 💯 The rental space was as described. Once I arrived I felt the pictures really didn't do the space any justice. It's nice and comfortable. My mother-in-law and auntie advised their rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I would agree if their beds were anything like the master bed. I have never been able to sleep comfortably, when away from home, until I slept in that bed. BRAVO!!! Access to the lake with just a couple of minutes away. We walked to the lake with our fishing gear and lawn chairs in tow. Unfortunately the previous renter caused a fire with the grill therefore it was gone. The host was very sweet and willing to accommodate us by ordering a grill but we chose to bypass the offer. Overall we had an amazing time!! Family time is priceless! Will definitely keep this location on the list of favorites!

Our son and his fiancé were getting married at the April Sound Church with their reception at the county club. We needed a home to house a few members of our family for the weekend. House and amenities were lovely and just as described. Only exception was the parking and sleeping up to 10 is stretching it a bit unless guests will sleep on the sofa. I may have not read closely enough but I was not aware the home is only allowed two parking spaces but the neighbors were very gracious and the house next door for sale with vacant spots in which to park because we had multiple vehicles for out of town guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the host was always quick in responding to my messages.

We were in the area for a 50 yr class reunion. This site was centrally located for all of our activities. The beds and bedding were extra comfy and perfectly fitting for us.
