Located approximately 2 miles from Lake Conroe, this home is in Lake Conroe Village, an up and coming community that has a plethora of newly built homes that are replacing many of the mobile homes. There are many restaurants, to choose from and Lake Conroe's Park is very close by with fishing and swimming areas. Boat and water jet ski rentals are all approximately 5 minutes away as well as Margaritaville Lake Resort . For the person who needs to work while home, there is also a work desk station set up. This home has 4 beds and sleeps 6 but there is a queen size air mattress available. There is free parking available directly in front of the property for only 2 vehicles and parking on the grass is not allowed. Ask us about any stays needed for longer than 28 days.
There are 2 outside security cameras that record (a ring doorbell and a stand alone camera) both only record the front outside portion of the house facing the street , and there is a noise detector device on inside that only send alerts for loud excessive noise.
