Waterfront -Updated Townhome in Walden -Great yard, dock, and easy water access.

Inviting updated waterfront 2 story townhome (total 3 rooms for sleeping) located in Walden on Lake Conroe. Enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Conroe from within the unit and from the wooden deck or dock.
Fully Furnished with bed linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Dock your boat directly behind the townhome or grill a great meal on the patio with the provided propane grill. Fish or swim right off the dock or bring your outdoor games such as cornhole, horseshoes or volleyball to enjoy on the large waterfront lot. Jet Skis and/or boat rentals are in close proximity to the townhome.
This unit sleeps eight and includes 2 rooms with king size beds. The third "bedroom" is an open loft area with 2 twin trundle beds (4 single beds). Table seating for 10 and additional bar seating for 9. Blazing fast high speed internet and cable television in all rooms. Full sized washer and dryer are located right off of the kitchen.
You are minutes away from Margaritaville, Walden Yacht Club and Pool, Marina and other restaurants

We stayed for spring break weekend. My family and I loved it. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TVs but Ken was quick and eager to help us out. The kitchen is huge and well supplied. Husband enjoyed fishing right outside the patio. Can't wait to start again in the future.

This weekend stay at Ken’s very nice waterfront townhome was perfect for our time together with the kids and grandkids. Excellent communication and the place was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Loved the thoughtful touches you wouldn’t normally expect in some rental homes, like multiple chargers, swimming vests of all sizes, and more.

Loved this end unit condo for family of 4. There was plenty of room. Had boat dock access that made it great when we rented a boat. Kitchen has everything we needed for staying in and cooking.

Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful. The house was very cozy and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The view from the patio was amazing. This house is basically a boat lover's dream house! Situated in the calm waters of Walden Marina, tie off right beside your back door and enjoy the water fowl and calming marina waters.

We had an awesome time in your place! The view was incredible and loved the convenience of docking our boat out back. The interior is very nice and had lots of seating in the main area and on the deck. The place was clean and had a lot of little extra touches making it very comfortable and welcoming. We appreciate having access to things we sometimes need to bring ourselves such as paper goods, spices, dish/washer detergent etc. The boys enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming in the lake right off the bulkhead. We will definitely book here again. Thank you!

We initially stayed here for the first time in June of 2023 for Father's Day weekend and booked on a different platform. We enjoyed our stay so much that we knew we'd be returning again soon. We booked our 2nd visit for a 5 day visit in August 2023 stay using VRBO, and still have only positive comments. Ken is an exceptionally attentive and proactive host, and is accommodating for any special needs and any requests that are within his control. This will remain our go-to stay until we're able to purchase our own property on Lake Conroe.

We loved our stay at Ken’s property! It is in a great location and it was clean and quiet. There were so many thoughtful touches that make this rental stand out. Booked this last minute summer vacation and glad we did. Place was as advertised. Right on the cove of the marina which was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, and more. Very clean and up to date. Hope to book again in the future.

Perfect for lakefront fishing and fishing by boat. Very clean home with all immunities. Patient and kind host. We had a worry free blast. Just wish we didn’t leave some of our catch in the freezer. The margarita blender was a big hit. Comfortable bedding too.

This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for for our last minute weekend getaway. Ken was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with leading up to our stay. Our family had a relaxing weekend on Lake Conroe. We brought our pontoon and the dock outside the condo was perfect. We had one massive storm blow through and the boat was safe and sound! The home is clean, orderly, and perfect for our family.

We were impressed this home from the moment we walked in. Host was great with communication and check in was perfect. We had no problems finding the property and it was well stocked and CLEAN! Beds were comfy, plenty of comfy places to relax, and though we didn’t need it this trip, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was good quality. We were visiting family in the area and will likely end up out in the area again and won’t hesitate to stay here again if it’s available!

The condo was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The location works very well if you have a boat and want to leave it in the water near your location. The dock is only 50 feet away and has good bumpers and tie cleats. Ken the owner was great, easy to communicate with and very accomodating. We highly recommend.
