“We booked for a week… but only stayed for 1 night after showing and noticing black mold on most of the grout. We notified the from desk the next day to move us to another room, but they said wait till the show drys and see if it’s still there. Unacceptable… we parked and moved to another hotel. Now we are having a hard time getting a refund for the nights we didn’t stay because of the black mold.”
