“Albergo in posizione stupenda affacciata suk vieux port e sul San Lorenzo. L'accoglienza della manager del servizio prenotazioni di nome Margherita è stata davvero unica.Fa piacere sentirsi ospiti ben accolti e non dei semplici numeri.Ricevuto upgrade pur avendo comunque già acquistato la camera vista fiume (camera con metratura leggermente superiore). La stanza è comodissima e in perfetto stile. Come potete leggere da altre recensioni è meglio non essere al quinto piano per il possibile rumore...

“The location of this hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless, quiet and a good size. The only only comment I would make is to change up the breakfast after two days. The gym was not available to us which was a bit disappointing but probably because it was the long weekend?”

“Location ottima, stanza molto bella e spaziosa, bagno grande con doccia . Negativo: 2°piano senza ascensore con rampe di scale ripide e scomode, il tutto non segnalato se non il giorno prima di arrivare. Scorretto.”

We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Our 3 night stay was extremely comfortable. Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was great to relax with a cocktail in the evenings. We only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent. Wish we had tried it out for dinner. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again when in Montreal again.”

“Our stay was generally good, hotel is in a good location and clean overall, but for us there were a few issues: The rooms are very dark and the lighting wasn't adequate for us. I know they're trying to be stylish, but something to consider if you need brighter rooms. We had requested room cleaning on Day 3 of our 5-night stay, but housekeeping never came. If you need more towels or pillows, front desk tells you to go to the "supply room" on each floor. I didn't mind this, except that these items...
