“We stayed here for 6 nights. The location is lovely, and requesting a west-facing room gave us fantastic views of the Ferris wheel and Harborland umie Mosaic. “Clean, nice staff, well equipped and in a very strategic position both to visit Kobe and to reach other cities like Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, etc... ”

“The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English.
