“We stayed here for 6 nights. The location is lovely, and requesting a west-facing room gave us fantastic views of the Ferris wheel and Harborland umie Mosaic. The room was spacious, easy to use, and much cleaner than some reviews led us to expect, despite showing some age. Most of the younger staff (especially the gift shop staff) were very polite and helpful. However, several issues impacted our stay: Inconvenient Location, Shuttle & Rude Staff: The free shuttle bus to Sannomiya takes 20...

“The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience.”

“Clean, nice staff, well equipped and in a very strategic position both to visit Kobe and to reach other cities like Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, etc... ”

“Everything was excellent”
