“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and the hot tub was great! My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to phone calls or texts. I didn't get a link to check in. We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful. The person that helped me said if you book with Expedia you don't get a link to check in. I tried making contact several times...

“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

I did feel like the space was a little smaller than it looked like in the pictures and a lot of the finishings (rugs, curtains, tables) seemed pretty out dated. There were no lamps or outlet in the living room area that made sense as far as furniture placement was concerned. The property was very accessible to downtown Estes so that's a plus. “We have stayed here 6 years in a row, clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast, and great location. Only issue this year was that all the hallways and elevators were extremely hot for no reason.”
