“This house was perfect for our family trip. The house was meticulous, clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to make our family vacation a blast. It was on its own private beach on Lake Michigan, beautiful sunset and sunrises lots of wildlife to be seen and only 10 to 15 minutes away from the port to Mackinaw. We felt like we were staying at a friends house as the host was extremely considerate to his guests, having very nice soaps, shampoos, and even left us a festive table...

“Home is comfortable and very clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked, appliances all in good working order. Conveniently located close to grocery store and restaurants. Owner friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall we greatly enjoyed our time here. However, there were a few issues. First, the freezer melted our ice cream. Second, we were basically told "good luck" about using the oven, which would have been nice to know before we bought groceries. Third, the heat had already been turned off for the season and it was COLD at night. Thankfully some of the beds had heaters, which was great. The fireplace downstairs is just for looks/ambience. “We had a blast this past week. The cabin had the perfect up north feel! The trees between the properties offered a lot of privacy and shade. We brought the boat up, and everyone had such a great time at the dune/sandbar (which has a rope swing that the kids played on for hours.) The adults enjoyed beverages in the sun playing water games.
