“This motel is situated immediately off the freeway but is surprisingly quiet. There is a cute little outdoor seating area, grassy area for the pups and ample parking. There is no elevator on the premise so be prepared to carry your luggage up the 1 flight. We had a small window view of the ocean from our bathroom but otherwise our view was the parking lot. “Room was clean and up to date. The hotel is in walking distance to everything you want to do in Morro bay. This has been the best hotel stay out of all the times I've been to Morro Bay and I'll be coming back next time I go there. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. I was lucky the neighbors was pretty quite but when they got to the room I could hear their whole conversation.
