“When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. ”

“My first time staying there was definitely wonderful. However, the last visit the room was definitely not up to par as far as cleanliness and unfortunately had other issues as well so I canceled the room. Front desk receptionist was really nice about the situation. Booked 2 nights, but only received refund for one. Not sure if I would try again.”

“I travel with 8 we got 2 rooms at 8am I went for breakfast 3 of us out of the 8 there was food, however when we left it was very little I had told the lady at the front I was sending the rest of my party to eat and there was hardly anything to eat the lady said ok. When the other 4 went to eat there was 2 muffins no hash browns and a couple biscuits! Needless to say not enough food for them to eat! Very unsatisfying! “The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. I didn’t understand why they wanted to charge me an additional $60 for wanting to checking in two hours early when the the room was available.”

“Every time I went to the front desk nobody was there. I had to ring the bell several times or go and search for the person elsewhere. Bedsheets in my room were burnt, towels weren't clean, the tv had a blue hue that affected the picture, none of the vending machines were operational. Housekeepers were sweet and helpful and so was the staff when they were around.”
