“Overall I had a negative experience due to the member of staff called Michael, which made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. “Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon....
