Hotel con piscina a Moseley

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Hotel room bathroom sink handle broken, carpets very unsanitary looking. Very dirty comforters and sheets and pillowcases. Hotel bathrooms had broken toilets and dirty stalls. No wet floor signs in sight near pool entrance. Food was bland, nothing was replenished for breakfast had when asked for assistance twice employee service was very unfriendly.”

“Property has been renovated, and the room was clean and fairly nice. Beds were comfortable. Elevators seem to be old - one was not working on check-in, and there were often lines to wait for elevators. Signs warned to limit elevator use to 5 passengers at once, so they must break down often. Biggest problem was thin walls and a large group of guests making noise from 3:30-6:30 AM. “Fitness center was inoperable and so was the swimming pool!! It was 105 degrees outside, no exaggeration!! Breakfast staff was friendly and breakfast was good!!”
