“The pool was dirty; a glass bottle had been shattered and some got in the pool, but it wasn’t closed. I cleaned up what I could and warned others to not step where the glass shards were located. Our fridge broke and it was replaced, but we had to throw away food. Night staff could not be bothered for anything and treated these issues with disdain. “Booked this place on a whim thinking it would be a nice staycation with a pool. This place is a dump. The family room was filthy and I felt bad that my children had to sleep there. The hotel looks like something from the 80s, and the staff is useless. TVs didn’t work, shower was clogged, linens were dirty, A/C wasn’t cold, literally horrible.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great. Our room had a spatula that was melted and unusable, I asked for a new one to cook my son breakfast. It took over two hours for house keeping to bring one. All the dishes were put away dirty, I had to rewash everything! I put all the washed dishes in the dish washer to dry and when housekeeping came they just put the pan we cooked bacon in, in the dishwasher and turned it on. “The hotel is not maintained at all - it smells terribly in the hallways, most of the furniture in the room is broken, there is mold in the bathroom and moldings falling off. There are no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, only a piece of soap. Furthermore, there is no iron in the room, and the staff refused to allow to borrow one from the reception. I made a mistake of booking this property due to the proximity to my meetings that day, but would not recommend anyone to get anywhere close to...
