“Check-in was very easy! Room was spacious! Close to a lot of tourist attractions 10-20min walks! train station nearby. Bath takes awhile to fill so plan ahead for that! Be prepared to have cash for your deposit of the room :)”

“Apart from the various stains on the couch, the rest of the apartment was clean. We did report the stains to the front desk but no intervention was done. In-suite laundry is extrenely convienent and the kitchen has basic utensils. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from the station.”

“I wish I had read more reviews before booking, but the noise issue was the largest con of the stay. The walls were indeed thin with no sound insulation. The previous reviews regarding motorcyclists were indeed true when I was awoke every night at 2-3AM. You hear everything on the streets and from your neighbors upstairs and beside you.
While it is convenient in terms of location - relatively close to both the airport line and metro lines, I would not recommend this for a long term stay,...

“I stayed one night at the hotel after visiting USJ. Hotel is very beautiful, nice staff, and they had a welcome lounge area with complimentary refreshments.
The room was spacious, clean, comfy beds.
However, there was an issue with my room key not working properly, then three hours later another couple was trying to enter my room because it was reassigned to them. Weird. I was too exhausted from USJ to say anything about it. I also booked a massage via the QR code provide by the hotel, but...

“The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!”
