“Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.”

The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room.
