“Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”

“The room and property were clean. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were thin, so we didn't sleep as well as one would hope. Parking is not free here. In addition, when you check in, they charge you a $35 "deposit." I still don't know if they will actually refund mine despite leaving the room in a reasonable condition. The TV was odd. They have apps like Netflix installed, but they ask guests to log into their own accounts. They claim they'll wipe the accounts once you check out, but...

“Room was absolutely perfect. I even made a request to have balcony face trees and they did just that. Breakfast was great. Hotel is clean and in great location. Staff went out of their way to go above and beyond.”

“The lobby is not attached to the building the rooms are actually in, so that took a minute to find. Water in the lobby has been sitting for days, tasted disgusting. Small room, very dated. Smart TV with no WiFi meant no tv. We had to use our phone as a hot spot to watch. Water in shower smelled terrible when I showered in the morning. The continental breakfast was a joke. The staff was apologetic about the breakfast. It was premade waffles, 2 sausages some ham and cereal.”

“We got a corner room. Was very spacious and came with a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and oven. Bed was very comfortable, very nice shower. Nice pool area, i liked that the lights were not very bright and overpowering in the pool area. Very good breakfast that ran from 7am-10am.”

“The homeless population has ruined the continental breakfast. Also doesnt help that the homeless are allowed to stay in the hotel due to free vouchers from the city. So be prepared to find an IHOP or Denny’s nearby for breakfast.”

“Just flew into Denver. Close by Route 70 on way to Vail. One overnight stay. Convenient for group of 6. ”

“It was a good stay. However, when I arrived there was a press on nail on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not flushing properly, the blanket had some kind of burns (maybe from cigarettes) and my room had an odd smell. Other than that, It was a good stay. The staff was super nice, the hotel surroundings seem clean, parking felt safe and the breakfast was delicious. ”

“The property was pet-friendly. My room faced Simms & the traffic could be heard but was otherwise quiet. Breakfast was good. The property is dated & in need of remodeling. ”

“The furniture was all scratched, couched had what looked like puke on it, the back of the bathroom door was filthy, no ice machine in the room or on site, was not aware that this is also a short/long-term living facility not just a hotel. There was no secure internet available. Kids running screaming. Was not acceptable.”
