“La prima camera ce l'hanno cambiata perché oltre ad esserci del cibo in frigorifero, non funzionava il wc. Nella seconda ho trovato ancora del cibo puzzolente in frigorifero, l'ho portato in reception e la ragazza ridendo mi ha chiesto di buttarlo perché non era suo. Chiaramente l'ho lasciato li. La notte è stata tragica, l'aria condizionata non rinfrescava però faceva un rumore intollerabile. La colazione poi scarsissima, niente di continentale. Motel tenuto male e puzzava anche in cortile....

“Got checked in. ac was already on and set to 62° and was 80° in the room. Sticker on ac said don’t turn under 65° or you’ll be hot. So we turned it up and left to be with family got back 4 hours later with our 3 kids and room was still 80°. Went to staff and was told to turn ac off and on and see if it changes or they could change us rooms. We did and ac went up to 81°… didn’t want to waste time moving to another room for it likely to not work either as hotel was disgusting as it was through out...

“Our 2nd stay here and always kind staff! Super accommodating the first room staff showed had some cigarette smell and I asked if we could do a different room and she was super helpful! Always clean! Big rooms!”

“The room was clean, but the toilet had to fill up a small amount every fifteen minutes. It was well cared for. We out an air freshner in our room. They need to invest in new towels and wash cloths as theirs would pass for my rags.”

“Upon entering the lobby the air smelled of curry and down into the hallway of the first floor. Bathroom faucets, shower head fixture need replacing, shower curtains dirty, exhaust fans missing covers or grate, sticky tv remote, beds not properly made, curtains dirty.”

“The staff was good &helpful, the only thing was the iron had a leak and the air conditioner didn’t really work other than that everything was as expected.thanks again”

“Great rooms. The environment is remarkable. Swimming pool not open this time, hopefully next.”
