“For the grandeur of the hotel, the breakfast was not the best for the money self service with tinned mushrooms and the sausages not the best, plus not very hot. And another thing is they charge for parking, a hotel situated away from any means of getting there other than by car with plenty of land you should not be charged to park at £13.50 a day when simular hotels at the same rates do not charge. It is a very nice art deco looking place with a lovely spar and pool.”

“The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff!
The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.
The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

“Disappointed not to get a balcony, especially since the hotel didn’t seem very busy at the time - felt like a room with one should’ve been available. On the plus side, the spa was excellent and a real highlight of the stay.”

“Property needs updating carpets and bathroom grubby. Coffee and tea facility not adequately catered for. Staff very helpful. Beds comfortable. Was a bit noisy. Spa and gym good. Was great value for money. Breakfast was good.”

“È la seconda volta che prenoto questo hotel, soprattutto per la sua posizione strategica e la facilità con cui è possibile raggiungere i luoghi di interesse.
Il personale è molto cortese; desidero fare una menzione speciale a Chiara, Event Manager, una professionista instancabile, competente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione.
Le camere sono spaziose, ma iniziano a mostrare i segni del tempo. La moquette andrebbe rinnovata e anche il bagno potrebbe...
