“We arrived and were told to park in a certain parking spot, but that if someone was in it, just park somewhere else, that they didn't police it (what's the point of having assigned parking). The place is old and tired (rotting siding, balconies need staining, etc.)and looks it. We get in the room and the remote for the bedroom TV was way under the bed and then that TV didn't work (They did come and fix it right away). “Don't let the parking lot dissuade you, the lot is rough, but spacious. The outside of building is worn, inside is tidy. There is no elevator, so take the steps, or first floor room. The rooms are basic hotel retro; clean neat, hot water, good t.v., the king size bed was good too! If you are going to the concert venue, it's next store, 5 minute walk! This is not a mint on the pillow type place, but a great value for a 1-2 nighter. (Mc Donalds across the lot)”
