“The room was outdated and smelled like a gym locker. The room hot tub looked like someone died in it and the bathroom had no separate toilet wall. The white shower curtain looks stained yellow. The ceilings had water damage and stains. And the lounge kitchen was filthy and board of health would pass out .”

“Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.”

“If your trying to save some money, there aren't maybe places that put on as good a show. The hotel is classicly dated. Tucked away just off some forever road construction in Stroudsburg PA. Minutes from main street (Gamers Edge )and the Pocono Cinema and Cultural Center (Great ice Cream and movie treats) The area has great diners within 15min but for the most part you'll have to hit main street for any night life as Stroudsburg is on Small town time. “Lounge room did not have enough food or snacks throughout my stay elevator was down. It was limited supply of towels in room and none at the pool.5-10 the pool area was supposed to be adults only but the parents didn’t care and keep the kids there very modern hotel and clean but activities staff and hospitality was very poor”
