“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and directly in front of our room. Staff was wonderful. AC & ceiling fan in working order. Opened the sliding glass door at night to enjoy the night air. We came with our 20 lb dog and had a $25 dog cleaning fee which was reasonable. Would happily stay here sgain.”

“We only stayed from shortly after midnight to about 9:30am. Staff answered to direct us to our room even though it was very late - & we’re super friendly & patient as we tried to obtain key from the secure box. Room & bathroom were very clean, stocked well w/towels & there were instructions for all appliances. Great water pressure. Will definitely return for longer stay. ”

“From the pictures I expected a little more for the money. Room was old and outdated. Resort is old and outdated. Coffee machine was broken, TV didn't work properly either. The cafe was awesome. The restaurant was super overpriced. The property is beautiful though. It is close to the village as well. The pool area was great and the pool staff were terrific but extra small jacuzzi and only a handful of lounge chairs. If you are coming to Arrowhead to do lake activities forget about it! We...

“This isn't a safe place at all. Homeless camp next door people walking in and out. Constant disturbance by other guests. Maintence not keeping up with minimal issues. We had a plugged toilet for 1 week. We went and purchased a plunger because we couldnt get the front desk to acknowledge our work order. No maid service unless requested. Will keep deposit for any reason they feel. There needs to be more vigilance regarding dog policy such as leashes at all times and pick up poop! ”

“Karen at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. We were just passing by and needed a place to crash but ended up staying two nights because we loved the hotel and found arrowhead to be a fun little town. Also dog friendly which was very helpful! Great place! Highly recommend!”

“Awesome view! This is a rustic experience. Don’t expect central heating or AC. The space does regulate temperature well enough but do bring firewood for the heating stove. Overall, great stay!! Will comeback for sure”

“The Wifi info that we were given did not work at all! We did not have WiFi the entire trip. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The coffee maker did not work, which we realized after several failed attempts. The TV did not work at all. We did not have any TV the entire trip. The place was completely empty, except for us. What a ripoff and scam this place is! Also, I will never use this booking site ever again. I feel betrayed and...

“Nice location. Friendly and efficient check in. Free electric car charging stations (uses the Tesla/NACS) plug. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Well equipped with toiletries. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Breakfast was just ok. Did like the fresh pancakes. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”
