“The room was absolutely incredible and the amenities were fantastic. Although we visited in summer and the heat was extreme, the rooftop onsen was still a highlight. Sitting up there while looking up at the Hakone mountains was an unforgettable experience. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property.
