Hotel a Mt Vernon

“The air conditioning unit did not work. Room was very stuffy. They tired to repair it but that was not successful. ”

“The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am. We got there around 7:45 am and there was no hot breakfast. There was just cereal, muffins and some fruits. A bit disappointing. Thankful, there was still coffee! All in all, a very good stay. ”

“The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion. ”

“We asked to be moved from a noisy room to what was hoped to be a more quiet room. The new room was a bit quieter because it didn’t have noisy people in the next room. However, the rooms have no insulation or noise barriers so any sound in the vicinity is amplified in your room. The toilet was also plugged when we checked in and mostly remained that way until we checked out. Not acceptable.”

“My third time staying here and would def stay again. Reasonably priced ,clean,safe ,easy access to Interstate 40,and numerous stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk (Sheetz,McDonalds,Bojangles,and Cook Out to name a few). Next time I'm in tharea for business again Ill def stay here again ”

“Parking was fine the construction in the area was rough. Hotel was avg. Breakfast was that tired set of options of items you can get in bulk from costco we skipped it.”

“Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Everything about this hotel was poorly maintained. Peeling paint, empty shampoo and bodywash dispensers, dirty carpet, poorly functioning toilet, and some of the worst coffee i've ever had.”
