“No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need.”

“ I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. “Horrible Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 . On s’est retrouvé avec un grand lit . La dame nous a alors proposé une chambre sans fenêtre avec un supplément si nous souhaitions 2 lits . La chambre vaut 78 ringhit mais hôtels.com la facture quasiment le double . Il y’avait des geckos sur les murs . ”

So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me.
