“The location was perfect and so close to I-35. Great parking located right across the street from the hotel, fun area to walk around, great Irish Pub just a block away, breakfast bowl was incredible at hotel restaurant. Oriented to outside living (bar, pool, restaurant, etc.) so not so great in January when we visited, but likely good other times of the year. Right in the middle of restaurant and other activities which have now spread to the east of IH35. (They were only to the west of IH35 when we knew Austin back when!)”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
