“While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.”

“This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. "Incredibly accommodating. The hotel is 50 meters from a big bus stop. And in six minutes you get to the old town. The hotel itself is modern and functional. The staff is very sympathetic (especially the guy who helped us in Italian!). Great breakfast and a funny room—as stated somewhere else, for seasoned couples as the toilet is beyond a thin door with the shower. Funny anyway. I cannot suggest this hotel more: the price is very low compared to the commodities. "
