La cachette - Maison centre

La cachette (Hide out in french) is a tiny house located in the backyard of a building downtown.
To get to the house you have to passe through the entrance of the building, the entrance of the building needs some organization and it is a bit messy some would say.
Unfortunately we have tried to keep it clean even though it does not belong to us as it is part of the building, but the mess keeps reappearing as soon as we clean it.
Even though we have no real power over the needed organization of the building entrance, we find that it gives us good contrast when entering the house as we have tried to make it neat and tidy.

Please leave the house as you found it, meaning: You are responsible of cleaning the house during your stay, and leaving it clean after you leave. You are just not responsible for washing sheets and towels. Cleaning fees are very high, and we will be forced to charge you 115 euros to clean the house if you do not respect the cleaning instructions.

As far as the house is concerned, when looking at the neighborhood, you will understand that we came a long way, so yes the house despite all we did still needs some maintenance here and there, but it is a great house.
The localisation is great, everything is walking distance and it is quiet for being downtown. Anyway I hope that you will like this house as we have tried to make it a pretty house.

Located in a quiet street a few minutes from the hyper center. You have just a block behind: pharmacy, bakery, cafe, grocery store, shops, tram and bus. About 15 minutes walk from the train station. You have access to a huge parking a few steps away (free on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and free at night starting from 7 pm to 9 am. The other days, it is 2.4 euros for 3 hours max, and you also have the option of street parking for free as well. A huge parking called "parking du marché" is located between rue Siphon and rue Descartes, and it is less than a minute walk from the house :) Bus stops Oberkampf or Porte Haute (tram stop) are a few minutes away. The train station is about a 15 minute walk.
