“This was my second time staying here and the experience was just as great as the first time! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very much centric and near so many points of transportation it made it easy to get around.”

“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”

“I had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, very attentive and always ready to provide an excellent stay. The amenities first-rate, plenty of clean towels and anything you would need, the cafe has great coffee! The room was very clean and well stocked. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! The shower also was excellent - I would highly recommend a stay here at the Harlow - and due to travel delays I am back for my second night!
