“Amazing service. Kind employees. Room service, even from limited menu, was great. Coffee in room is amazing! Would def stay again!! We paid for parking garage in advance and was much cheaper than vallette service.”

“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“We got there late at night and we could not find the self parking so we just paid for valet. But other than that a great property”

“The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”

The amenities first-rate, plenty of clean towels and anything you would need, the cafe has great coffee! The room was very clean and well stocked. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! The shower also was excellent - I would highly recommend a stay here at the Harlow - and due to travel delays I am back for my second night! The location is very good - only walking distance to Union Station,...
