“This was our second stay here and we stayed in room Flor, we loved our last room but this room was absolutely stunning. Well equipped with little details such as a robe, slippers, cotton pads, ear buds, toiletries, lovely smelling diffusers in the room and a radio. The walk in shower is lovely too!

“La stanza è davvero molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli! Nonostante sotto ci sia un pub (e anche molto frequentato), si dorme più che bene. Anche la posizione è ideale, poiché con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili ed in particolare Michael si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica si sia presentata!! Pecca solo la pulizia della stanza, un po' troppo impolverata..”
“Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. ”

“The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...
