“The shower in my room was broken and unusable, although I reported this to the hotel staff it remained that way for the 2 night stay I was booked in for, over a very hot weekend. I was disappointed that the shower was in the broken condition prior to my occupancy. Despite having emailed the hotel twice complaining about the situation, I as yet had no response from the hotel.”

“Ahmed (Mohammed) was very very kind! I will say that he definitely upgraded me and treated me very well. I was the only one that have the working air conditioner out of the entire hotel. That is a positive but also negative as there should be an update done and air-conditioning should be included considering there was a heat wave when I was there. “This was a place that I used just to sleep for the night before an early flight home. It was very hot and didn’t have A/C however there were two fans provided. One thing to note is that due to the fans needing the outlets there was only a single outlet available for charging or other means. There was also only 1 USB port next to the bedside. Other than that it suited what I needed it for. Bed was comfortable”
