Hotel per famiglie in Münster

“This is a 4 stars hotel, but the stars are probably given for the pool, as the rooms do not live up to that. Our room was basic, although the poker theme is funny, no fridge bar, small bathroom with leaking shower cabin, cleanliness could have been better. Staff seems very amateur and most speak basic English. Although we booked dinner, we waited 1,5 hour before we got food on our plates - we have three kids aged 8, 5 and 1, you can imagine how that worked for us... The pool area is the best,...

“Un hotel 3 * abbastanza buono. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione misera per il dolce. Inoltre, nonostante avessimo già pagato per la colazione inclusa, abbiamo dovuto aggiungere per 2 cappuccini e 2 espresso €. 5,60. Questa differenza andrebbe comunicata al momento della prenotazione. Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere. ”
