“Reception staff was the waitress at the adjoining restaurant. That held-up the check-in process significantly. Never saw her wash her hands, the three times she left us to serve. I hope she did. The bedroom window was broken. I'll book the Beachport Hotel next time. Not sure why the lift there was locked closed between 9pm and 9am? Meant we had to carry our suitcases downstairs for an 8.30am departure.”
