Pros: bright, amazing ocean views, modern and stylish decor. Cons: HORRIBLE WiFi, rusted hardware on doors made it difficult or impossible to lock some of them, no trash bag in garbage, floors filthy with sand and animal hairs, no blanket for pullout sofa(just sheet set), clogged shower and NO response from host even after texting & calling (the lady at the office said they would send someone but they never did), conflicting check-in text messages saying I had to go to the office to check-in & another that said no need to. I ended up having to drive there just to pick up a parking pass that could have easily been left inside condo. The most concerning part was the host not responding to my calls or text messages in a timely manner (days later )or not at all. The cheap refrigerator was barely cold and wouldn’t even freeze the ice cube trays (no ice maker) the 1st few days. Linens & towels came wrapped in Saran Wrap in two dirty looking bins that they require you to keep in the small condo and ask you to count them afterwards to put them back in there. Ive rented MANY condos and it’s the little things that make you feel good about spending 1750 for a 4 day stay like having soap to wash your hands instead of the cheapest sliver of a piece of soap and a trash bag in the bin on day 1 instead of having to run to the store to get one. One extra roll of toilet paper would be wonderful instead of the two half rolls that were there. I’ll never rent from this realty company again.
