Location was amazing! You can’t beat that view. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because I was assuming there would be paper towels and dishwashing liquid. However, the homeowner did not leave any. When I reached out, the property management company said that that was not included in the rental. So just mentioning that for future guests. Otherwise the place was amazing!

Perfect spot!

Condo was just as listed! Very clean, loved the location, beautiful view from balcony, pools and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice location

The location is nice and the view is spectacular however if you check in on a Saturday and need something, the real estate company is not available until Monday. We had no tv for 2 days. The condo is older and not many upgrades, pictures look better than in person, bathrooms really need updating and there isn't much in the kitchen for cooking. Bring your own blender!! Biggest problem was the keys, they provide keys and the door is very heavy and hard to open. It would be so nice to have a combo on the door, keeping up with a key with people coming and going to the beach is not a good idea.

Overall, this property is conveniently located and was right on the beach. The actual condo was in need of a deep cleaning and freshing up; there was dust on the walls and under the beds, and the kitchen cabinets were grimy inside and out. The elevators were very slow and sometimes not working at all. The parking garage was also very hard to maneuver, especially in my Ford Explorer. Overall, the access to the beach was the best part of this trip, but I probably would not stay at this particular place again and did think it was over priced for the condition of the condo and building.

The location was fabulous. We had a spectacular, closeup oceanfront view of the beach. The problems that I had were with the bathrooms. They were not as clean as we would have preferred. There were hairs left on the tiles. The rugs in front of the vanities were older and stained, and there were no rugs as you stepped out of either shower. The property (this condo and the building as a whole) needs a serious update. The painted walls in the unit are chipped. One elevator was out of service. The parking garage is so tight. If someone is exiting as another car is entering, one vehicle has to back up.

Laid back beach

Beach stay

Condo is on the 7th floor, perfect for ocean view. Bring your binoculars. Clean and beds comfortable. Some helpful suggestions would be to have a small bottle of dish soap, paper towels, and Keurig.

Great Location & Condo

We have stayed in Garden City/Surfside for a few years now and love it each time. This was also my 5th stay at Royal Garden. I love the area and the amenities Royal Garden offers. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the mattresses. They were too hard for our taste which made it difficult to sleep at night. But other than that I thought it was a great condo.

As advertised

Updated accommodations that didn’t feel like a rental. Unit was clean and free of odors outside of a recently cleaned smell that lingered through day 1. (Not unpleasant). Location was great and the complex it’s apart of was well kept across the board. Outside of a bed that was a little too firm (for me) and some excess bird droppings on the balcony, it checked all the boxes and I’d absolutely recommend / stay again. Thanks for the memories!
