First floor condo overlooking marsh/inlet, providing scenic views and gorgeous sunsets. 1 block from the beach and the Garden City pier. The Garden City Pier provides fishing access, 2 bars, arcade, restaurant and live music. Condo is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Condo complex offers spacious pool, hot tub, parking and grilling area for guest convenience. For the golfing enthusiast, many highly rated championship courses are just a short drive away. The Marshwalk district is within 5 miles, and has several restaurants/bars, shopping and watersports. Enjoy walking to the pier, beach, restaurants and shopping during your visit. Brand new mattress April 2024. Bedroom 1 has queen bed, Bedroom 2 has full bed and twin bunk. Couch in living room provides extra sleeping area. Full kitchen with all pots/pans, silverware, and cooking needs. Coffee makers and toaster on site. Enjoy this family fun vacation destination.

Excellent!

Host thought of everything!! Chargers and outlets everywhere! Finally! The air conditioning, was insanely comfortable on these hot days in July! Pool was awesome and beach was close, and so was Sam’s Corner hotdogs, my favorite dog at the beach! 5 stars, will return for sure, Thanks Jeff!

Great location

The location was perfect for our family vacation. The sunset view of the marsh was beautiful. You are centrally located without the crazy traffic and congestion of the surrounding tourist areas. The condo had a room with bunk beds which is perfect for the grandkids. Jeff the host was very responsive with our needs and questions .I will return and recommend to anyone with a family of four .

Beautiful view of Marsh and easy access to garden city pier. Unit was nice and spacious. Only problem is it the whole building is not handicap accessible. You have to climb stairs to get to the first floor. I was hard for my husband who has cerebral palsy and for my self due recovering from Achilles tendon surgery. But it was nice overall.

Garden City Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was super clean and was as described in the listing. My husband and I are CCU Alumni and this was our first visit back to see friends in about 8 years. I didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle area of MB, so this was the perfect fit! The quiet/peaceful view of the marsh, but still just a short walk to the beach! Our kids loved the condo, pool and beach and actually asked if we could move there! Lol! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Perfect for our family

Clean property, just as described. Communication was excellent. Close to shops, boardwalk, arcade, and beach. Master bed was a bit uncomfortable, but i would still go back. Everything else was amazing!

Beautiful Sunsets on the Marsh

Very clean, well maintained condo. A little heavy on the "beach" decor for our taste. Comfortable living area furniture. It is small overall with no place to store beach stuff (which you need to bring or buy, in addition to towels). We figured out a way around that by keeping everything in the car. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice with a gorgeous view of the marsh and marsh birds from the pool area and individual screened balcony. Very close to Garden City shops and pier, which was convenient.

Nice place

This was a short visit to Myrtle Beach to visit friends . The place was nice and clean. The owners gave detailed info upon confirmation of rental. There were plenty of starter supplies, ie toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags..... Only thing is wish the towels were included with sheets/linens . Since we were flying, we didn't want to pack little extras like towels We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch over looking the pool and marsh. It was Biker's Week, so there was some noise and traffic noise from the nearby area and busy road. The spot was a quick walk to the beach and few shops and eateries. all in all a nice quick stay. Thank you Jeff and Gina.

March Get away

Everything about the location and coziness of the room was amazing. Only small draw back is the Master Bed springs are wore out and may need a new mattress soon. Sinks in middle. Other than that 5 Stars all around.
