KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM:
Step into a spacious, open-concept layout featuring a comfortable living area with seating for six and a Smart TV. For those cozy nights in, the kitchen offers everything needed for a homemade meal, including brand new modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stove/oven, microwave range, coffee maker drip and k-pod, toaster, kettle, blender, and all essential cookware. Gather around the formal dining table for a meal with ocean views as the perfect backdrop. Our queen-sized sofa sleeper adds an additional bed for those extra two guests.

Step onto your private direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool, gorgeous Murrell's Inlet coastline, and take in the stunning ocean views from the Main bedroom and Living room.

BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms offer one king-sized bed in the main bedroom and double bed in the guest room, perfect for a restful night sleep, along with a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows as you relax in either bedroom. Two spacious closets provide ample storage, allowing you to unpack and feel right at home.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

Wonderful host and perfect location

Missy was our host and she was wonderful. Easy to reach and very accommodating to any questions or concerns we had. Her place was exactly as the pictures showed and was literally right on the ocean right by Garden City Pier and only 5 minutes from Murrell's Inslet Marshwalk. A fantastic location and condo! I highly recommend her place for your next stay in South Carolina!
