Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 1108, a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 11th floor of Water’s Edge Resort in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. With a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, this condo is perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful and scenic beach escape.

We had an amzing extended weekend stay here. The deck was our favorite place in the morning to drink coffee and mimosas and enjoy our one year anniversary cake. We enjoyed the beach, and thank you for having 2 beach chairs and umbrellas available. We got to enjoy watching the OSU vs Texas game. Check in was great and easy. We really enjoyed staying here and felt right at home.

This condo unit has been newly updated, it has an awesome view and is literally right on the beach. The condo complex has great amenities such as a pool, hot tub, bar, snack shop, and gift shop. It is conveniently located close to the MarshWalk where there are a lot of good restaurants. I would highly recommend this for a beach vacation.

Fun time!

Great place to stay for fun trip to the beach with the family. We are a family of 6 and condo had room for all of us. Be aware this is a high-rise and you may need to plan around wait times for the elevator but that is to be expected during busy seasons. Communication with the property management company was great and we appreciated the beach umbrellas at the condo as beach tents are not allowed on the beach. Enjoyed our stay overall!

The resort itself was very nice with a large pool, hot tub, and easy beach access. Our room on the 11th floor had an outstanding view of the beach and ocean. The room was clean and had nice amenities, although the bedroom was cramped due to a very large king sized bed in a tiny room. The problems we had were 1.) one of the two elevators was out of order for the first two days of our week making for long wait times for the working elevator. 2.) the door lock for our unit was defective making it impossible to get into our room in less than 5 -10 minutes each time. We asked for a locksmith to come out to replace the lock but were given excuse after excuse for the 5 day delay in getting someone to finally show up to replace the lock. 3.) We complained about a broken towel rack which dumped our towels/wash cloths onto the floor daily, but no one ever came to fix it. 4.) The water pressure in the shower heads was so poor that it took a half hour when showering to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair.
