Clean well equiped unit. There were a few minor things, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again.

The property was listed as a two bedroom condominium what the second room was was almost almost like a closet. Extremely small beds tidy closet in the bedroom was on almost a joke. When I expressed my concerns I was told I should’ve looked at the pictures better by coastal lifestyles wash machine leaked all over the room. Me and my daughter had to clean it up for an hour and a half bringing out towels, the only thing no mop in the that was worth a damn we had to ring our towels just to clean up the mess beach was closed down for a couple days due to them working on pipes like I said no no washer or dryer for half of my visit

Great resort and well appointed condo

This is our second stay at the Royal Garden Resort and we loved it! The condo we stayed in was well stocked, we did have to contact the property manager for one set of linens but they resolved the issue promptly. Note to future guests, the luggage carts are on the first floor not visible from the elevator. We will definitely be back in the future!

Recent visit

Beds weren’t made and I had to buy new coffee pot. The view was great, however the unit is extremely dated.

WHAT A VIEW!

The unit was clean and spacious enough for my family and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. It was also decorated nicely with a kitchen that was well equipped. There even a nice selection of board games for the family. The balcony provide a view of 7 of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen. The pool and the grill areas were well maintained and nice. And beach access was great, so we could come and go easily with my handicapped son. The community was laid back and we were able to take ou gol cart everywhere we wanted to go, restaurants, the arcade, gift shops, even Kroger and Walmart. This was our first trip to Garden City, but it won't be our last. And we will be stay here when we return.

Poor

Unimpressive with no support. Needs a deep clean and response from establishment. Checked out a day early due to multiple problems (laundry ceiling collapse, toilet seal breaks leaving water on floor upon checking in…never used by us…never cleaned by establishment, multiple take out dinner dirty containers thrown away by us….list goes on

Perfect for our family

This condo was better than I expected! Amazing view, perfect size for me and my 3 children, and we loved the resort. The kitchen was well stocked and I found all of the furnishings to be comfortable. Having the bar/grill on the pool deck was so convenient and even at this busy time of year i never found the pool or beach area to be overcrowded. My only small frustration was that the door locks haven't been upgraded to a keypad which was a little stressful with little kids. Overall I would 100% stay here again. Can't wait to be back next year!

Decent condo, great location

The condo definitely was enough for my family of 5 and the location was great. The beach was literally right behind us. The condo itself needs a little TLC though. The kitchen looks like it has been recently remodeled but the bathrooms need some touch ups... I would definitely recommend the condo overall though if you are looking for a place to stay on the beach and have a great view.

Clean

The condo was clean but the ceiling tiles need to be replaced. One fell on my daughter while in the bathroom. Also dish soap would have been nice. Other than that it was a nice clean condo

The small bedroom was very small and the small bath was the same

It was clean but the tiles in both baths should be replaced, it was surprising being that the kitchen was updated so nicely.
