“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. ”

“This was our 3rd stay here. Needless to say, but we love the property. The decor is House Beautiful - no thrift store furniture in this rental. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog, who also enjoys the parkway along Duck Creek for a long walk. Host surprised us with a wonderful treat in honor of Augustana’s homecoming weekend. Great weekend! Thank you!”

“Very nice property. The hosts are very attentive. The price was great and the property is very clean with a great central location. Would highly reccomend. We stayed for a wedding and 5 adults. Plenty of room with 2 sitting rooms. Overall, it was great.”

“The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! “Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. ”

“Beautiful clean home”

“My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. ”
