“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”

“No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.”

“Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding...

“Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here”

“Più che un hotel un motel. Nella tv in camera davano video porno. Non certo adatto ai bambini. Di tutti i servizi che millantavano quando ho prenotato la camera non c'era ne la cassaforte, ne il bidè, e nemmeno la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze. Sono stato 5 giorni e non hanno cambiato le lenzuola nemmeno una volta. Il WiFi in camera non funzionava. Ho chiesto il motivo e mi hanno dato un'altra stanza anche questa in pessime condizioni. Condizionatore d'aria vecchio, rumoroso, e anche rotto....

“The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself. ”

“I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. ”
