“Breakfast and staff were excellent. Room was clean and cleaned daily. No safe in room. No secure area to leave luggage for the day. Staff are willing to hold luggage for the day in a room frequented by many individuals. The hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley making it more challenging for Grab drivers to pick up and drop-off. Pool looked good but did not try. Neighborhood has lots of every day city life in Vietnam-fish and chicken being cleaned, families and friends gathered eating...

“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...

“The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

Hotel is new and perfectly maintained, services are very good, rooftop pool and bar are small but nice and staff has been very nice with us. “My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings.
