“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. ”

“Sehr gutes und neues Hotel. Da es erst seit 8 Monaten geöffnet hat, ist alles noch modern und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Genau zwischen dem Old Quarter und den "historischen" Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Wenn viel los ist, hat es allerdings etwas wenig Liegen. Es gibt natürlich luxuriösere...

“一人旅で利用させていただきました。旧市街からはちょっと距離が離れていますが、散歩がてら普段のハノイの街並みも見られたので、個人的には満足のいく滞在先でした。スタッフの方も、ほぼ英語が通じますし、皆さん大変親切です。設備に関しては、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーの接続不良がありましたが、何回かコンセントを抜き差しすれば問題なく電源が入りました。それ以外は、ベッドも清潔でしたし、アメニティも充実したので、全く問題はありませんでした。オススメできるホテルです。 ”

“Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande. ”
