Täglich neue Handtücher zu erhalten war zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, dennoch wird an vielen anderen Stellen sichtbar Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. “I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

“Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...

“My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The owner is the loveliest person ever, super responsive with great English skills. He answered all of our questions almost immediately and with very helpful...
