Hotel is new and perfectly maintained, services are very good, rooftop pool and bar are small but nice and staff has been very nice with us. “Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...

The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. “Bathroom floor kept flooding because the shower drain wasn't draining well. Breakfast is mediocre. Courtyard view was of the junkyard outside, better to advertise as no view than to false promise. Overall, staff were friendly and location is excellent, but this is a 3.5 star stay at best. ”
