“Great staff”

“As far as breakfast there was nothing we go down and two biscuits some dry little bit of scrambled eggs no Meats no nothing no fruit nothing so we had to pay to go have breakfast next door both days Saturday and Sunday on top of that I've already been talking to corporate and I have my bank I went in and after we checked in and was in the room straightened out we noticed the smoke detector was hanging from the wall no lid on it wire is hanging out I called down and asked for it to be changed to...

“The property is only two years old. It is easy on and off from the Highway. The town is home to James Madison University which has an amazing arboretum . There are some great restaurants and breweries nearby. I only gave it a 3 rating because the rooms are very noisy, very thin towels, and very hard beds.”

“Check in was super quick. Breakfast was great. My grandkids especially loved the waffles. You have to walk to the hotel in front for breakfast. The bed was really comfortable!! I would stay here again!!”

“Nice property - very clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Lots of restaurants within a mile or so. Breakfast in the morning was good. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffles, cereals, baked goods. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Air conditioner was very loud and took awhile to cool room. Otherwise clean and comfortable. ”

“The desk staff was very nice. However, I would not stay here again. The room could have been cleaner as the bathtub looked as if a cigarette was rubbed out in it even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. It was a little noisy as there were some residents hanging out outside of their rooms.”

“No hair dryer The downstairs bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The balcony wasn’t clean Outside dust, dry leaves, many used cigarettes on ground.”

“The 2 bedroom place that we stayed at was very quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in that area. The facility was nice, there were things that needed to be fixed or updated. We were out the room most of the weekend and were only in the room to sleep. They definitely need to look at the beds. I could feel the springs in the mattress.”
