“There are no cups in the room. There isn't an ice bucket. There is no coffee or coffee makers. There isn't a microwave in the room. The parking is terrible. It is very difficult to pull up at the entrance. If it were raining you would have to un load in the rain.”

“Arrived after midnight and room smelled of cleaning chemicals. Was too tired to say anything but smelled bad and hurt my eyes. Next morning complained to person at front desk and he seemed uninterested and was unhelpful. I asked to change room but he said he would first have to send someone to check out the problem beforehand. I went to work and when I can back, person at counter had no idea of the situation. She was very helpful and had me change rooms. Second room was a lot better. I will...
