“AC was not working properly, room was not at all clean, many cockroaches were found in the room. Can smell cigars everywhere in the hotel, safety wise its not at all recommendable. Very uncomfortable to stay with family”

“Room was clean staff was very friendly. Checked in with ease. Suite was very nice and well stocked. I didnt make it down for breakfast but the pool was cool. I mean that literally. It was supposed to be heated. The kids didnt care so I guess it was still a win.”

“So much to love, but under managed. The location is why I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s clean, and was better staffed this time. Management of this property is the issue, last time the 2 elevators, one broke and the other only went up, so I had to walk down 6 flights. This time the pool was closed. They offer no compensation for promised services not available. We need to get back to enforcing these things.”
