“Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Royal Albert sulla linea DLR. Ottima la camera quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto molto comodo. Stanza molto silenziosa, grande e veramente pulita! Ottima la colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ”

“Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile. Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello. La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli. Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita. Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri. Insomma, nulla da eccepire a questa steuttura”

The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

“Camera pulita ed accogliente, personale gentile, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Posizione ottimale, fuori dal caos della città in una zona verde e tranquilla, presenti diversi ristoranti ottimi e treno a pochi passi a piedi. Consigliato per viaggi da soli.”

“L'hotel e' pulito, le stanze anche se piccole sono bene arredate e nuove. Il bagno anche lui piccolo ma con una bella doccia non sacrificata. L'annesso dove alcune stanze sono situate e'a pochi metri dalla reception. Il wi-fi purtroppo è molto lento. La zona non è centrale ma perfetta per chi deve andare in fiera all'excel. Purtroppo non ci sono ristoranti e pub nei dintorni. Complessivamente ottimo”
